USAGE
SUGGESTED USE
Casein is best enjoyed in the evening to contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. To reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 1 1/4 large scoops (30g) to 200-300ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker half an hour before bed. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
